"Dot" is a book written about a series of events that happened across the United States at the same time. United States Postal Service Investigative Division became aware of a serial killer and master criminal that caused multiple events. These events were predicted through a received post office riddle. The most massive manhunt in American history was on and officials were not keeping the public informed.
This book is available at the Stearns History Museum in St. Cloud Minnesota as well as the Minnesota Historical Society Museum in St. Paul.
